Terms & Conditions
Please read the following booking conditions carefully, as they set out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and Tri-ecotours (Pty) Ltd.
We also act as booking agents for the suppliers of the component parts of the itineraries we organize, and as such, bookings for their services will form a direct contract between you and Tri-ecotours (Pty) Ltd, and will be subject to Tri-ecotours (Pty) Ltd.  Standard terms and conditions.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100 percentage of the reserved services or [Amount], whichever is more.
  • If you are more than 6 hours late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
  • We require a proof of payment to hold or to confirm your Booking. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file at 10%.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 5 days’ notice if you need to cancel any bookings. Your booking is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, accidents, making adjustments. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 5 days’ notice.

5. Cancellation Policy (Events and Venue)

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Activities sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled Event/Activity. This will allow us to offer your spot to other Guest/Customers. You may call us at 031 322 6026 /7 or 0787264890 between the hours of Business Hours 8am - 4.30pm to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 5 days’ notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment 100 % refund. However, if you do not cancel with at least 3 days’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

6. Short Notice Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the Service/Event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within [1 day] or same day or few hours will not receive a refund.


All Bookings


You will be advised at the time of booking what payment is required for your particular arrangements.
• Deposit Amounts:
A deposit of 50% must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking.
• Outstanding Amounts:
The balance of the total cost of booking/tour/travel arrangements must be paid 14 days prior to booking/ tour/travel date, unless other arrangements have been made.
Please note: FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING.
2) Methods of Payment:
1. EFT Transfers: We accept EFT transfers or cash deposited into our bank accounts, subject to condition that the EFT transmission report or the cash deposit slip is provided to ourselves and such payment has been confirmed as received by ourselves.
2. Debit/Credit Cards payment are made via Yoco card reader, or Direct System payment links, at Reservations office.
3) Cancellation Policy:
Customer will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:
1. 10% of booking total if not advised latest 24 hours before booking date.
2. No refunds will be paid for no-shows, late arrivals, or guest cancellations.
4) Indemnity and Feedback Forms:
All guests will be handed, and must complete the indemnity upon arrival at the site.
Feedback forms to be completed after the tour.

Making a Booking and Cancellation Policies

  1. a) Bookings

    2. Debit/Credit Cards payment are made via ikhokha card reader, or Direct System payment links, at Front desk office.
    c) Cancellation Policy:
    Customer will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:
    1. 10% of booking total if not advised latest 24 hours before booking date.
  2. Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
  3. Tri-ecotours management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or for any possessions of the guest participating in a trip.
  4. Please note that departure hours are not flexible; therefore, kindly ensure you or your Customers are familiar with the trip departure location and time as provided in the detailed trip description or quote. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Release of Liability: Customers are required to provide a signed “Release of Liability, Assumption of All Risks, and Arbitration Agreement” form and a completed Personal Information Form prior to trip departure; you will receive these materials shortly after reserving a trip. We are unable to allow Customers to participate in any aspect of Tri-ecotours without a signed release form.
